Q. Is SkillBoox free?

A. No SkillBoox is not completely free. We have free courses as well as paid courses.

 

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We advise that you go through a course outline to be sure it meets your criteria before making a payment.

 

Q. I don't have a credit card or Paypal. Do you accept other options?

A. We do not accept any other payment method except Credit/Debit cards, Paga and PayPal. Should we release additional payment options, we'll announce it to the wider community.

 

Q. Do I need an experience to sign up as an instructor?

A. No you do not need an experience to become an instructor but you need to have a vast knowledge of the course you want to teach backed up with research work and study.

 

Q. Are Instructors available 24/7?

A. Instructors are not available 24/7. They’re available to guide you through the training process, but they are only accessible after you have purchased a course. If that sounds interesting to you, you can start the signup process here.

 

Q. Do you offer student discounts?

A. We do not offer single student discounts but we do have various packages for institutions or groups trainings.

 

Q. What spoken languages are available?

A. Our basic language of learning is English however, you can change to a preferred language of choice on the homepage.

 

Q. I want to learn a course that I don't see. Do you teach it?

A. You can send us a request through the Contact form. If we get many requests on a particular course, we will definitely create it. Basically it all depends on demand.

 

Q. How does SkillBoox handle international payments (outside Nigeria)?

A. Potential fees or conversion exchange rates that you may incur are dependent on the payment method you choose. Unfortunately, we don't have control over these fees, so you will have to discuss them with either your bank, card holder, and/or PayPal.

A. 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 361 days a year— our customer service is closed on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
